The planning fee buys our work. On top of it, our fee on the supplier spend we arrange for you is 15% up to $150,000, 12.5% to $400,000, and 10% above that — set out in full on how we work and what we charge. Vendor costs are always shown to you at what they actually are.

The question we ask first

Is the ceremony legally binding in that country, or symbolic with the legal marriage at home? Residency rules, documents, translations and apostilles take months, and missing them is the single most common way a destination wedding comes apart. We answer it in writing before you commit to anything.

On insurance — every time

We recommend event-cancellation insurance to every couple, in writing. It is the only thing that protects you from a hurricane, an illness, or a vendor's collapse. Typical cover runs roughly 1–2% of the insured budget, and separate liability cover is often required by the venue itself. Your advisor will walk you through what is and is not covered before you buy — and if you decline, we record that you declined.
