Gwynevere-Arthur Royal Escapes

Travel Agent Center

Orchestrating exceptional passage. Protecting every detail.

We are building the Royal Advisor network region by region. If you can look after people properly, keep a confidence, and tell a traveller the truth about a price, we want to talk to you.

Applying is free. We never charge an advisor to join, and we never ask an applicant for money.

Two tracks

Where you would sit.

Royal Travel Advisor

Works directly with travellers. Takes the brief, sources authorised options, builds the proposal, and stays with the journey from first call to follow-up.

Suits: Experienced agents, hospitality and concierge professionals, and strong service people we will train.

Sovereign Liaison

Handles the private desk and the most sensitive files — estates, multi-family groups, medical and accessibility needs, and anything requiring absolute discretion.

Suits: Senior advisors with a verifiable record, and people who have held confidences professionally.

How we serve

Four things we do not bend on.

Bespoke discretion

Anticipate important preferences while protecting confidentiality and serving with executive precision.

Transparency & trust

Clearly distinguish estimates, offers, holds, bookings, payments, and verified confirmations. A quote is never called a reservation.

End-to-end orchestration

Coordinate air, residences, ground travel, accessibility, and special requests as one coherent itinerary.

Precision with human responsibility

Our systems assist planning and organisation. Trained people approve commitments and handle sensitive escalations. No automated decision is ever the last word on a refund or a safety call.

The master operating workflow

Every file, the same eight steps.

This is not a suggestion. It is the order the work happens in, and it is what keeps a traveller from being handed a confirmation that was never confirmed.

  1. 01Receive the clientReview the intake record and introduce yourself as the named advisor on the file.
  2. 02Discover the complete scopeConfirm destinations, dates, budget, transport, residences, accessibility and preferences before sourcing anything.
  3. 03Source authorised optionsApproved suppliers and verified inventory only. Never a copied listing.
  4. 04Construct the private proposalCurated choices with the all-in price, what is included, and the cancellation terms in writing.
  5. 05Document authorisationRecord the client’s selection. Advisors do not collect payment.
  6. 06Authenticate every componentVerify names, dates and confirmation numbers against travel documents before anything is delivered.
  7. 07Oversee the journeyMonitor suppliers while the traveller is moving, and escalate emergencies immediately.
  8. 08Conclude and follow upConfirm completion, resolve anything outstanding, and ask for honest feedback.

The standards we hold

What every advisor does, and never does.

Always

  • Use approved suppliers and authorised property data.
  • Protect sensitive traveller information.
  • Explain fees and cancellation terms before any payment.
  • Verify names and dates against travel documents.
  • Record approvals and supplier confirmations.
  • Hand emergencies and disputes to management.

Never

  • Promise the lowest price or guaranteed availability.
  • Take card numbers by email or text message.
  • Book without documented approval.
  • Publish unverified or copied listings.
  • Call a quote a reservation.
  • Let an automated system make a final refund or safety decision.

Breaking the “never” list is not a performance issue. It is the end of the engagement, because every item on it is a way a traveller gets hurt.

Where we are

Building the division in the right order.

We would rather tell you honestly what stage we are at than recruit you into something that is not ready. This is the sequence, and we are working down it.

StageWhat it means
EstablishLegal entity, insurance, and advisor classification.
ContractHost agency, lodging, aviation, vehicle and specialist partners.
RecruitFor service ability, discretion and real travel knowledge.
TrainCompany policy, fraud prevention, privacy, and escalation protocol.
AccreditSupervised practice and an accuracy review before any solo file.
LaunchInquiry-and-proposal service first; instant booking only once the book is deep enough to support it.
MeasureResponse time, conversion, sales and satisfaction.
ScaleNew countries only after legal and tax readiness reviews.

How the business earns

Nothing hidden, including from you.

Where revenue comes from

  • Eligible travel and private-aviation commissions.
  • Disclosed planning fees, stated before you engage us.
  • Private-concierge retainers.
  • Group, wedding and estate coordination fees.
  • Service fees, where permitted and disclosed.
  • Recurring membership programmes.

Advisor compensation is set in your written agreement before you take a file, not inferred from this page. Ask us for the schedule and we will send it.

What we measure

Velocity. Time from inquiry to a qualified human contact.

Conversion. Approved proposals that become travelled trips.

Precision. Accuracy of documents and completeness of the record.

Continuity. Travellers who come back, and who send someone else.

Apply

Request consideration for the Royal Advisor network.

A person reads every application and answers it, whichever way the answer goes. About five minutes.

We never ask an applicant for a fee, a card number, or a payment of any kind. If anyone claiming to represent us does, that is not us — call the desk.
